Users are allowed to upload an image. We only ask that it be tasteful, decent, and respectful.

Allowed measurement is a minimum 90 x 90 to a maximum of 290 x 290
Allowed size is 100,000kb, it's recommended to use jpeg format, as the size will be smaller than png.
